Head Pastry Chef – Berkshire

Head Pastry Chef required for 2 Michelin starred restaurant located within a 5 star country house hotel based near a busy and vibrant city, just outside Hampshire. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join a dedicated and experienced brigade of 20. Essentially with 2/3 rosette experience, the successful Head Pastry Chef will have attention to fine quality and detail and have the opportunity to work in an outstanding Michelin starred Restaurant.

I am looking for someone who is already a Senior Chef De Partie Pastry, Sous Chef Pastry or a Head Chef Pastry, with a background in fine dining restaurants within at least a 1/2 Michelin starred and/or 2/3 rosette Restaurant.

This hotel is part of an award wining group of hotels consisting of 4 & 5 star multi rosetted properties. The ideal Head Pastry Chef will also be working with the Executive Chef who is extremely well known in the industry, and prides himself on developing young and upcoming star chefs.
