Junior Sous Chef for Family Run Michelin Acredited Pub

My Client requires a very strong CDP or Junior Sous looking for their next step. This venue has an established team and works hard at retaining their staff. The role has arisen due to the expansion of the ever popular venue.

We are looking for a truly passionate chef with the motivation to help drive the venue to gain Star status. 2 years experience within a similar role required.

Shifts are 10 - 14.30 -> 17.00 - 22.00 5 days out of 7 with 2 - 3 evenings off.

Paying £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience.
