I am looking for a small, secure, ideally self contained, unit or workshop to develop my classic car restoration, parts and servicing business. Would like 400 sq ft, or larger, with minimum garage door width easy access. Any location considered but close to either public transport route or centre. Would be prepared to share if preferred. Some week-end working possible.
