I am a lady in my mid forties looking for a double bedroom in a house/flat share.
I have what is considered a fun, bubbly personality and work 5 days a week in the town centre for one of the largest companies in the UK.
I get on well with people from all walks of life, and do enjoy to socialise as well as cook.
I am clean, presentable and consider to be easy to get along with.

Preferably I would prefer:
Double room with Ensuite (though this can be negotiated)
NO SMOKING HOUSE
TOWN CENTRE LOCATION
Off Road Parking
Permission to have my well behaved bearded dragon to stay (with his own vivarium)
Rent negotiable depending on house, facilities and area.
RENT TO INCLUDE ALL BILLS PLEASE.

Initial length of stay is a minimum of 3 months.

Deposit and rent available and references upon request.
