Hi i need a 1-2 bed place to live within swindon area but need landlord to accept deposit guarantee scheme and housing benefit, I'm a reliable single woman whose always clean and tidy, i need property to be renting for a maximum of £425pcm as will have to put money towards rent money to start with as not 25 years old.
