Role Description :
Our client seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to support the General Manager within all areas of the Operation.

You will need to come from a similar background having Managerial skills within all areas of F&B Management although if you show the right willingness, then training will be offered in areas that you may need to improve your skills.

Daily Support Management within all areas
Assisting with - Recruitment - Induction – Training
Staff training & Development
Staff Rotas & Wage Controls
Ordering – Stock Controls - Stocktakes
Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep records “up to date”
Health, Safety & Hygiene
Supporting the Kitchen Brigade)
Food Service – Bar Service (emphasis on quality)
Bar & Cellar Management
