Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Wiltshire - £19000

Our client is a fantastic 5 star hotel located in the Wiltshire countryside within easy commute of Bath and close to the M4.
The hotel consists of 40+ bedrooms along with fantastic public rooms and beautiful grounds.

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen of this well-known Michelin star property. This role will include:

- Involvement in training of staff
- Stock ordering
- Deputising when Head/ Sous Chef is not in the kitchen
- Upholding of exceptional standards currently in place
- Liaising with restaurant in ensuring a smooth running operation

Required Experience

Ideally candidates will have a hotel background and be looking to progress a career in a Michelin star hotel.
Candidates must have excellent cooking skills and abilities.
Only applicants currently working in a 2 rosette establishment will be considered for the position.

Salary and Benefits
Our client is looking to pay a salary of around £19000 along with company benefits.
Live in accommodation can be provided.
