Possible live in, good salary, in a traditional English pub position. Your own kitchen. Hours negotiable, but must cover 5 lunch days, including Saturday/Sunday. An ability in ethnic cooking, especially Thai, would be of interest. You'll be expected to be a full team member, and run all aspects of the kitchen. Competent in English, hold references, and a complete CV. Applicants should have right to work in UK. We are a small, happy group, and you would be expected to fit in with our new business. You would have the ability to join in with the decision making.
