Hays Social Care are pleased to be working in partnership with a National Charitable Organisation with Residential Unit in the Trowbridge, Wiltshire area. They are seeking Trainee Support Workers willing to undertake NVQ Level 2, and other relevant qualifications whilst earning. Pay rates are £6.00 per hour initially with an enhanced rate once qualification is attained. You must be caring and compassionate and willing to work with clients with Learning Difficulties as well as Physical Disabilities whilst promoting their Independence and choice.
