This superb new family 3-bed Florida condo 'Caribba' located near Davenport, and just 15 minutes drive from Disney, is available some dates up to Christmas 2009 and also some in 2010. Located on spectacular Lake Davenport on a beautiful Caribbean style resort location with a beach and 4 pools, jacuzzis, health club, gym, sports facilities and beautiful landscaping and lots of facilities for children, there are some very special late deals available on Caribba due to a customer cancellation. It comfortably houses 6 people with a maximum of 8 if you also use the sofa bed in the living room.

The condo comes fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen, all appliances including huge fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave, washing machines, all cutlery and plates, bowls, cooking containers, toaster, tin openers, whatever you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Or you can just eat out or use the resort facilities.

The master bedroom has cable TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and a large double bed. There are also 2 other bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double. There is a separate bathroom also in addition to the master en-suite. There is a dining area with large table and 6 chairs and a living area with sofas (one is a sofa bed increasing the maximum number of occupants to 8 if required), table and Cable TV, Hi-Fi, CD player, DVD player etc.

Outside the condo there is ample parking- you can park right outside the front door. There are 2 patios with insect netting fitted, a table and several chairs. One is adjacent to the living room and one is adjacent to the master en-suite bedroom. One of the smaller pools is so close it is visible from these patios.

In the resort clubhouse, in addition to the gym, sauna and health club etc, there is a library, DVD and CD hire, mini-cinema, relaxing balconies with Caribbean style cane furniture throughout, a reception area with check-in desk, local information desk and another desk where you can book trips, tickets for the various resorts, arrange car hire etc.

There are buses available at certain times to go to Disney, the airport and other attractions. Wi-Fi is available in clubhouse reception where there is a very nice pond with many colourful fish, a shop selling sports equipment, sun gear, beach gear, food for self-catering, souvenirs, gifts etc

There are bars and a restaurant on site and there are also many local restaurants to try outside the complex. The nearby towns of Davenport and Kissimmee provide plenty of shopping facilities, further bars and restaurants, tourist sites and antiquities. 'Old Kissimmee' is well worth a visit.

Lake Davenport is immediately adjacent to the resort and fishing can be arranged either from the pier on site or from hired boats. Fishing equipment hire is also possible. There are a number of nice beaches around the lake. There are sun loungers on the beach and around the pools as well as bubbly whirlpools at the side of each pool. You can play tennis, volleyball, golf at local courses or you can be pampered in the haelth and beauty spa or get more vigorous in the gym. Sauna facilities are also available.

The resort site is spectacular and is beautifully landscaped with water features, ponds, well-laid out paths suitable for disabled people, seats, a small lake, and the whole place teams with pretty flowers and wildlife such as the many colourful butterfly species which can be seen as you walk around. The walk to the restaurant (if you use it) for breakfast etc is a real pleasure every morning and was the highlight of my stay. A huge unlimited breakfast is available at the restaurant adjacent to Lake Davenport for around $10 to include bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, cheese, pancakes with maple syrup, fruit juice, coffee, tea anything you could wish for in fact
