This independent agency has been established for over 16 years and due to our continued success currently have 16 branches throughout the North and South of England and Wales. Wise specialises in the supply of both temporary and permanent staffing in the office commercial, catering, industrial and driving fields.

The ideal candidate will have previous proven recruitment experience leading a recruitment team to success or alternatively is now ready for their first Management role. As Team Leader/Junior Manager you will lead by example and will have the ability to lead a small team in both business development and account management activities. Your role will be varied from assisting with filling bookings, client presentations to setting sales strategies to monthly appraisals for each member of your team.
