Working for this leading field marketing agency, you will be part of the successful Tactical Division dealing with a variety of clients from different industry sectors.
Organised, flexible and a great multi-tasker, your key responsibilities would be management and development of the client relationships, the field team, and the central office team to ensure the growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
To recruit, train, motivate and develop direct reports and to ensure the field operation is effectively managed by being fully briefed, trained and equipped to fulfil the set tasks.
To ensure accurate completion of all administration by field staff
To maintain and develop systems to measure achievement of objectives, including an appropriate level of field accompaniment and auditing
Maintenance and development of client relationships, including regular meetings to review performance of the operation, both financially and against Key Result Areas agreed. To provide an executive summary to accompany all client monthly reports.
Identification of business development opportunities and assistance to the AD to prepare and present strategic proposals to add value to the client operation and extend the services provided.
To monitor and control budgets, ensuring sales and profit targets are met. To assist the AD in the preparation and negotiation of the operating budget for the following year.
To ensure the correct Head Office Operational Departments are fully briefed in time to be able to deliver the services required to fulfil the client’s/field’s objectives.
