Head Chef & Assistant Manager - Gastro Pub - Wiltshire

My client operates and highly successful gastro pub with 8 letting bedrooms. The food is all homemade on the premises using fresh, local quality ingredients.

This is a busy venue catering for approx. 100 covers a day. My client is very hands on with real love for the business. The owners are a lovely couple who will offer full support to suitable candidates with the same shared passion.

They operate an extremely successful business with thriving trade and excellent reputation for good food & service.

The Role

As head chef you will manage a team of 4 - 5 chefs in a 7 day operation.

The head chef will devise seasonal menu's using the best of local produce available.

You will be a good organiser, managing a busy kitchen and an excellent team player.

The new head chef will source local suppliers and have an imaginative & creative mind devising new & exciting dishes.

The person / Experience

As head chef you will have at least 1- 2 years experience as head or sous chef in a reputable establishment using all fresh ingredients.

You must have passion & flair.

You must have a proven track record with consistency throughout your career.

A salary offered between - £25,000 - £30,000 (Head Chef)

A salary package for couple - £50,000 (including accommodation)
Extra

If you have a partner with front of house experience (assistant manager) they would welcome a couple.
FREE flat (accommodation) with the vacancy.
There is no accommodation available at present for just a head chef....but there is for a couple
