Home Based P T Job: Client Manager Customer Service Internet Marketing Co, Flexible hours

As a result we are rapidly expanding and are looking for a Customer Service Client Manager which will be home based with weekly meetings in Bristol, to do the following key tasks
* regularly call our clients and ensure they are happy with our service
* feed information and tasks from the client to the technical team and ensure tasks are completed and then feed back to the client
* feed information and tasks from the client to the commercial team and ensure action is taken and then feed back to the client
* log information and tasks on our CRM system
The ideal candidate will have
- at least 1 year's experience of customer service or client management
- an ability to get on with clients, and to communicate well with all
- some knowledge of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
- a "completer/finisher" mentality, making sure there are no loose ends between client/technical/sales
- a "roll-up-the-sleeves and get-things-done" attitude; we are a small and busy company and so clock watchers and paper shufflers will not find this the right working environment to hide in
- sales ability is useful but this is not a sales job
We are very flexible in our working practices so this position is open to part-time working starting 16-25 hrs/week and possible option to increase to 30-35 hrs/week in a few months. School times could be considered for the right candidate. We would expect the person to be working from home with weekly meetings in Bristol.
Salary is up to £9/hr according to age and experience.
