This beautiful hotel, golf and country club set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside is within easy reach of Swindon and the M4.
The hotel consists of 50+ bedrooms along with large F+B and Events facilities.

Job Description

A position currently exists for an experienced Sous chef to join their established kitchen brigade and assist in the smooth running of all functions, events as well as restaurant operation.

Required Experience

The following requirements are essential in securing an interview for this position:

*Excellent communication skills, as you will need to assist the head chef in directing the 7 strong kitchen brigade
*Strong Man management skills
*Very strong in either volume or fine dining
*Ability and experience in deputising for Head chef on days off

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is £20000- £22000 depending on relevant experience.
The hotel closes between Xmas and New Year.
This position requires you to work straight shifts only.
