The Company
Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting a Financial Accountant/ Company Secretary for a small division of a larger company based in Swindon
The Role
This role will suit candidates used to working independently as it assists the Finance Director who is based between locations. The company transact globally and are well established.Duties include; production of monthly management accounts and preparation of statutory accounts for audit purposes including liaising with auditors. Cash flow forecasts and budgets. VAT returns and financial reporting to the board. Nominal ledger maintenance including prepayments and accruals. All ledger responsibility including purchase and sales ledger maintenance and a small amount of credit control. Controlling the bank accounts and reconciliations. Company Secretarial duties can be up to 25% of the role including share registrar work, pension scheme administration, foreign exchange and general ad hoc project work and administration. Successful candidates will either be qualified by experience or qualified. Candidates must have broad experience from a medium or smaller organisation
Salary & Benefits
up to £35K, plus pension, 25 days holiday and parking.
