Pastry Chef £26000 2 rosettes + live in accommodation
A beautiful 2 rosette country house hotel on the edge of the Cotswolds requires a well skilled pastry chef from 2/3 rosette background.
Job Description
The hotel has a 70 cover fine dining restaurant as well as small conference facilities. The food is the driving force behind the hotel. They only use the best produce available and produce absolutely everything from fresh.
Currently awarded 2 rosettes, they are now looking to gain their 3rd.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have been working at a rosette level as a pastry or sous chef .
Their specific requirements will also include:
* Sous Chef experience preferred
* A passion to produce fantastic food is a must.
* Highly skilled in pastry
* Ability to effectively order all produce for the pasty section
* The ability to take charge of the kitchen when required
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary will be £22000- £26000 depending on experience.
Live in accommodation can be provided if required.
2x free staff meals daily
28 days paid holiday per annum
Minimum of £100 tips monthly
Weekends off
Free use of the hotel's leisure facilities
