We are a 5* star Hotel with a 27 hole golf course, 2 restaurants that offer contemporary International & British award winning cuisine, and Spa/Leisure center.
The 350 acres estate provides a unique combination of the traditions of a great members club and the best of todays sporting, leisure, entertaining and hotel facilities in one of the most convenient locations in Britain.
We are also entering the AA Guide, and would like to get 5 Stars and two rosettes this year and 5 red Stars and 3 Rosettes next year
Currently we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef Pastry, must be hands-on and happy to prepare desserts for all food outlets including Fine dining, C&B, Weddings, All Day Dining.
Everything is produced in house from only the freshest produce and the ideal candidate must have 2/3 AA rosettes experience.
The ideal Sous Chef Pastry will have:
A Pastry Chef qualification
2/3AA Rosettes experience in a similar operation and role
Must be hands-on and happy to prepare Pastries for all kitchens including Fine dining, C&B, Weddings, All Day Dining
Reliable and trustworthy individual
Quick thinking and can handle pressure
In return we will offer the Sous Chef Pastry:
Basic salary of £23,000 per year
Overtime paid
Immediate Start
Accommodation provided, with no charge for water, electricity, gas etc.
Working 45 hours per week with 2 days off, 4 weeks paid holidays, 5 straight shifts
