Quality Manager (Measurement/Automotive)

£27,000 + Pension + Private Health + Health Club Membership + 23 Days Holiday

Quality management position with full responsibility for all quality control issues across the manufacturing site.

The company is a renowned first tier supplier to the automotive industry and are now looking to recruit again and take advantage of the recent upturn in orders.

This is an exciting time to join a progressive and forward thinking organisation at a time when quality is paramount and you will make a key impact in driving through improvements in quality control.

This position would suit a quality manager with that has a background in a production environment with measurement, automotive being a distinct advantage.


The Role:

* Oversee and management of the quality control team.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained
* Liaison with other departments and managers
* Planning and development of a team.
* Leadership to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.


The Candidate:

* Quality control background from a manufacturing environment.
* Strong man management skills
* Measurement experience is and advantage
* Good communication skills
