Hi, I am am mum of two boys (32mths and 18mths) and currently work full time. We have a Nanny looking after our boys whilst we are at work. I am considering reducing my hours and wondered if anyone would be interested in reciprocal childcare? I would love to work fewer hours but don't have the luxury of having family to help with childcare so would find it hard to make it worth while working.
Obviously we would need to meet and ensure we are happy and children get along.
