We have a lovely 8 berth static caravan situated in a quiet area of a fantastic family site in Felixstowe, Suffolk. It’s a Cosolt Torbay 35ft x 10ft fully equipped with all you need for that much needed break with the family or just the two of you. You will need to bring all your own sheets/pillow cases, duvet covers, and towels/tea towels. It has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins with a pullout bed in the living area so there is plenty of room for two average size families. There is a seperate shower room and seperate toilet.

You will find our holiday caravan clean and tidy when you begin your holiday. We request that you respect our caravan at all times and inform us immediately of any accidents or breakages.

Felixstowe is an ideal base for exploring the Suffolk area. A beautiful coastline a must see. Felixstowe South Beach & Felixstowe town are 5 minutes stroll from the site.

Jimmy’s Farm – Wherstead, Nr Ipswich

Sutton Hoo – Woodbridge, Suffolk - Many events are happening throughout this year. Well worth a visit.

Farm Park - Easton, Woodbridge, Suffolk - Enjoy pony rides, pat-a-pet, visiting the farm animals, pony and cart rides, egg collecting, barrel train rides - as well as the mini tractors, go karts and diggers - a children's haven!

Southwold – The Pier - It is free admission and is a must see, also all the beach huts too.

Orford Castle, Orford

Booking & Deposit
The price of £100 is for a non refundable deposit to secure your required dates. Once this is received your holiday dates will be booked. Please supply your e-mail address to send deposit receipt. The full balance for your holiday will be required 4 weeks before your stay and once received you will be sent an e-mail/postal receipt/confirmation of your booking, site directions and site map of the park.

We also require a £200 bond, in the form of a cheque, for breakages or damages which will be refunded to you upon confirmation that the keys have been returned to reception and that the caravan is clean and tidy with no signs of breakages or damages.

When booking all members of your party are required to be registered with the park for passes. The details required are - Title, Initial, Surname and DOB. These will allow you entrance to all Family Entertainment. The cost of the passes are – 1 to 2 people £15 per week and a family £25 per week. Please send a separate cheque for this as we send this directly to the park with a registration form.

Conditions of Booking
This is our family holiday home so - No Smoking in the caravan. No single sex parties, No under age groups etc. any found to have booked and using the caravan will be removed by the site security team and No refund will be given.
