This is an exciting role within a large Kitchen, within a 4 star hotel in South Cerney. There are 3 positions available, one for an experienced commis chef, and two for Demi-Chef De Parties.

The Brigade consists of 13 chefs at present with the intention to grow the brigade to 15 in the coming months. The kitchen supports a 250 seater restaurant, and two large function rooms or 8 smaller function rooms with a satellite kitchen.

The kitchen consists of several sections, Vegetable preparation, Sauce Preparation, Pastry & Larder, mains & Starters. Experience within the larder section or pastry is advantage, but being a team player and all-rounder is essential.

The shifts are a mix of shifts business dependant. No Split Shifts. The working days are 5 out of 7, working 45 hours a week. There are 2 earlies two lates and a mid.
