Assistant Restaurant Manager - Swindon Hotel £15000- £16000 depending on experience

Our client is part of a national group of hotels with a strong presence across the UK.
This hotel is located in the centre of Swindon and has 100+ bedrooms along with a newly refurbished restaurant and conference and event facilities.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager the Assistant Manager is jointly responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant.
This position will involve dealing with queries and complaints, staff training and making sure the restaurant operated according to set expectation.

Required Experience

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be friendly and personable and have good attention to detail.
You will also have supervisory food and beverage experience in a volume hotel operation.

Salary and Benefits

Our client is looking for pay a basic salary of 15-16k depending on experience.
