Based out of Wiltshire / Hampshire border we are looking for a highly experienced business analyst to be responsible for the establishment of innovative business solutions to meet strategic, tactical and operational requirements. You will lead from the front and produce clear documentation to define business cases and feasibility assessments. Your background will include Data analysis, problem solving, change and stakeholder management. You will have worked within a financial services environment (ideally life and pensions) and have practical experience of project and change management methodologies. We are looking for someone who has clear evidence of leading improvement in a business analysis capacity/process, have experience of working with outsourced development operations and third parties. You will also be able to show experience within process re-engineering, functional modelling and requirements capture, and have taken a lead role during your career, taking management responsibility for others.
