The Role

My client is looking for a number of good quality candidates to join them in this long term temporary possibly temp to perm role. Previous contact centre experience is essential, you need to be aware of standard performance and quality monitoring measures, working flexible shifts, dealing with high call volumes and managing customer complaints. The services covered are quite complex and requires a lot of initiative in dealing with a variety of complex scenarios across any of the services. Previous experience is therefore invaluable.

Salary & Benefits

£7.66 per hour
