Head Chef required for busy Italian Restaurant in Swindon.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with flair and passion about fresh food.

As the Head Chef you will be in full control of the team, all health and safety and stocks. Therefore your skill set should also include rota management, stock control and experience of working with budgets and profit margins would be an advantage.

Your background could come from a number of areas from fine dining to branded restaurants as long as you have experience in a fast paced environment.

The salary will be between £24,000 and £28,000 depending on experience.
