As a leader in Industrial Recruitment we are currently recruiting for a Transport Co-Ordinator Team Leader for our client based in Swindon.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

* Acts as a point of authority & promotes consistant raising of the department standards
* Problem Solving
* Strong team working skills
* Maintains vehicles servicing records and plans scheduled maintenance weekly to be compliant
* Monitors Tachograph / WTD records of all driving staff
* Authorises timesheet records of all delivery staff, ensures overtime claims are accurate
* Submits monthly payroll for authorisation
* Performance management.
* Manage sickness / absence
* Update H&S records
* Ensures all transport equipment & vehicles are used, stored and maintained in accordance with VOSA’s guide to road worthiness.
* Vihicle inspections
* Has a eye for detail
* Works within company code of conduct at all times

Salary = £16,000 - £18,000
