As I have moved to another city I need somebody to take over my room. Contract is up to january but you can stay there for as long as you wish. It is a recently refurbished modern flat, 2 bedrooms, a really big lounge, kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The flat is fully furnished. In the bedroom there is a double bed, carpet, wardrobe, closet and an armchair.
Flat is located in St Andrews Ridge (SN25 4FD), with a very good access to the town (plenty of buses going to the centre, 20 mins!), 3 mins from A419, less than 10 mins from M4. There is a shop, fish and chips and a restaurant downstairs and a very nice pub really close to the flat. There is a free private parking near the property. The area is really safe and quiet.
The bills are 20 pounds a month (electricity), council tax is 56 pounds.
