Massage is a wonderful way of addressing many common ailments. This workshop is an excellent introduction to massage if you have always wanted to give it a try. Working in pairs you will learn basic therapeutic massage techniques that you will practice in class. If you want to learn more, you can then progress onto the Therapeutic Massage Introductory Certificate Part 1.

Indian Face Massage

Indian Face Massage with its roots in the ancient Indian system of Ayurveda uses massage principals that are gentle and natural to address a variety of issues relating to the face, especially tension in the facial muscles. Students will learn techniques of face massage that gently relieve tension in facial muscles, relieve symptoms of stress, stimulate and improve the circulation of blood to the face, relieve headaches and promotes a better complexion.
