The Red Lion Inn (Cricklade) is looking for a keen, self motivated, team player, possibly an experienced commis chef who is ready to make the step up to chef de partie.
Both our head chef and manager have worked in various michelin stared restaurants as well as 3 years working alongside chef Heston Blumenthal in his pub.
The successful candidate will be in charge of running their own section but ready and willing to help in other sections when necessary. Being a small team you will be exposed to all aspects of the kitchen which will mean the chance to learn a great deal.
Our small, friendly team cooks everything fresh from our homemade ice creams to our own tea smoked salmon and daily baked bread and has big ambitions to gain critical aclaim within the catering industry.
This is not a live in position and having your own transport is essential due to lack of good transport links in the area
