We are currently looking for a high calibre chef de partie to work within our brigade. He or she must be driven by working with and learning about real, fresh food - food that comes direct from the farmers, growers and producers.

Both front and back of house we drive very high standards to ensure that the quality of our food and outstanding levels of service continue. We expect our staff to immerse themselves into our “30 mile food zone” and we encourage them to visit the farmers markets, local suppliers and farms to ensure they have a ground knowledge of what seasonal products are available and how good food begins with great ingredients. Our chefs are dedicated, consistent and precise with a demonstrable love of working with fresh produce. As we are a busy restaurant, they are quick and energetic, and their creative drive is actively encouraged. They have a hunger to learn from our strong chef and have good spoken English skills. We are looking for solid references to back-up good experience.
