We require an experienced Operations Manager who has the proven ability to build strong business relationships in order to deliver high-levels of service and performance to the customer. Applicants will ideally require between 5-10 years management experience in an operations role, have excellent knowledge of service delivery especially BT, experience in Network Operation Centres or Service Desk environments, experience of managing service level agreements, extensive experience of managing multi-national operational support and delivery teams, with a One Team approach management style. Excellent understanding of ITIL / ETOM frameworks, experience of defining and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Demonstrated relationship management experience, have commercial negotiation skills, be culturally aware and able to manage through cultural differences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be willing to take a hands-on approach where necessary.
