You are probably sitting at home wondering what is wrong with your laptop or computer and why it wont work. Did you know very very few people can successfully repair your devices and there's a good reason for that- they are very complex and you need years and years of inside industry experience to carry them out successfully on a regular basis.

Your friend or relative may claim to be experts but they are in fact not 99.5% of the time and they will do more damage to your device than its worth. Then it will cost you more to get out of trouble- dont do it! The average cost over the last year of computer services/ repairs that I have carried out personally is £75.19 all inclusive and the lowest has been £24.70 See what I mean...its just not worth it. Has your TV or other home device stopped working or is there a fault of some kind? Be environmentally friendly and dont just ditch it and buy another one. It might cost you much less than you think (average repair cost of widescreen LCD or Plasma TVs including parts and labour, once agreed with the owner, is only £78.57 over the last year on sets repaired by me and the lowest was just £29.45).

I also do home visits to set up equipment, recommend TV makes and models, Home Cinema equipment combinations, set up home cinema systems, set up digital TV connections and recommend leads for connecting various produucts together.

Would you know why to avoid a particular combination of Sony or Panasonic products ? Would you know from going to Currys what TVs are going to break down in just 1 year? Which batches came faulty out of the factory? Which components are designed to work together and which are fundamentally incompatible and will cost you and annoy you for years ahead? Currys and the big boys wont tell you any of this- why? They dont know that's why.

If they knew which sets were the best and what is best connected to what, which leads to use, what to avoid like the plague why are they selling such a huge range and why do they bother to do so when the returns and complaints damage their reputation? Fact is they dont have a clue- reason? They are not experts.

Rate C is for complex data recovery issues on computers with critical user data loss etc. Rate D is for installing complex systems eg Advance Home Cinema and for Commercial premises eg company offices.
