I have a large double room, c. 11' x 11' available for rent now, my previous housemate having bought his own house. You will be sharing with me, Will, an easy going 25 yo professional currently working at Nationwide on Pipers Way. I'm happy to share with a 20-30yo professional male/female, preferably non smoker but not a problem, tidy also a good thing. The £350 includes all bills.

The room itself is large (c. 11 ft sq), has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Adding more to the room isn't a problem. The rest of the house is fully furnished, Sky and wireless broadband, on road parking (I can arrange for permits) and is 5 mins to town centre, train and bus station. The house is on William St just off Kings Hill Road. I'm currently doing the garden up with the hope of it being ready by early summer.
