I have a large furnished double room (not en suite) to rent in my house on William Street. You will be sharing with me, Will, 25, professional male working for Nationwide, easy going, very active and sociable. You will have access to the whole house, shared kitchen and bathroom, garden, Sky digital TV, fast broadband. Parking is available on the street, and the town centre is 5-10 minutes walk as are the train and bus stations. Non smoker preferable but not an issue.

£350 per month is inclusive of all bills. The room is ready to rent from Saturday the 3rd of May, please call for more information or to arrange a viewing (I'm afraid I am not available from Tuesday 29th - Saturday 3rd afternoon).
