Live-in opportunity for " Real Food" Chefs

The Priory Inn is a busy hotel/gastro-inn in a small market town with a fantastic reputation to maintain. We are seeking to further enhance our small brigade and to build on our local reputation and restaurant awards by adding staff to our kitchen. We are seeking chefs from Demi Chef de Partie level to junior Sous Chef and a (wood oven) pizzaiola

We focus on the freshest, local, seasonal products in our food. We encompass traditional Modern English and rustic Italian/French influences. We regularly visit the farmers markets, local suppliers and farms to ensure our chefs have a ground knowledge of what seasonal products are available and how good food begins with great ingredients. The successful candidates will be dedicated, consistent and precise with a demonstrable love of working with fresh produce. Since we are a busy restaurant, they will need to be quick and energetic, with a creative drive who want to take their career to the next step. Most importantly, they need to have a hunger to learn from our strong Australian chef. We are looking for strong references to back-up good experience. They will have good spoken English skills.
