We are currently looking for 3 Service Transition Analysts and Consultant. Ideally you will have experience of understanding User Acceptance Criteria, good documentation experience and skills and a solid understanding of service transition and service improvement. You should ideally be ITIL qualified or have worked within a ITIL environment. The role can be based out of any of the following locations: Hampshire, Wiltshire or Midlands
