Giffords Circus is a spectacular touring show incorporating the magic of the Circus with Shakespeare, a clown, jugglers, stunning acrobatics and heavenly horses. We’re regularly featured in the Telegraph and have had brilliant reviews in Gastronomica. Designer John Galliano based one of his shows on the Gifford look and we’ve also been featured in Italian Vogue.

We are leaders in creating innovative and artistic shows. Established in 2000 we perform to over 60,000 every season and appear in the most picturesque villages and towns around Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

We are looking to appoint to our team for 2008 HEAD CHEF & SOUS CHEF
Circus Sauce is our 42 cover on-site restaurant which provides one set three course meal after our evening shows,as well as snacks and drinks during the day.

Your home will be a 1930s style caravan and you’ll be touring with us from now until mid-September.

Must have valid food hygiene certificates. £400 per week for Chef and Sous - we all work as hard as each other and that includes me (I'm the Restaurant Manager). There are NO living expenses, we share tips and if we make a profit there'll be a bonus at the end of the summer.
