Service Co-ordinator-(Software Implementation & Support): Swindon
My successful client requires a service co-ordinator to lead their technical team. Responsibilities include:
-Organising project implementation and software support services
-Advising customers on a wide range of technical issues
-Assigning project and support tasks to technical team members to achieve financial and service targets
Desirable skills:
-A degree in a technical discipline or considerable experience in a similar role.
-Experience of database technologies: SQL Server and web technologies; XML /XSLT
-Experience of administration/ management of Windows networks
In addition, the successful applicant must have:
-Excellent time management skills
-Confident Decision making skills
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to lead a team and support a team
