I am looking for a tidy, organised and quiet roommate to share my two bedroom flat in Oakhurst. The flat will be available from Mondays to Fridays only, so this would ideally suit someone who is working away from home on weekdays. I would consider a 7 day tenant on a short term basis.

Gadget wise, flat has broadband, Sky TV, TV, as well as printing, photocopying and scanning facilities.

Space and furniture wise, we have a lounge/diner equipped with dining table and sofa.

Fitted kitchen consists of Dishwasher, Fridge, Electric Oven and Grill.

Shared bathroom has a shower.

There is allocated, off street parking for my car and one other.

As for me I am an active, mid thirties, male business professional, who is into computers, sport, hiking/travelling and who is full of ideas and is usually occupied.

Rent includes all bills except personal phone calls.
