De mi Chef - Castro Pub - Rosette Standard - NR Swanson - up to 18k

This position is available ASAP - Excellent opportunity with a reputable Head Chef

This beautiful pub in the Cotswolds has recently been acquired by a well known chef patron. They will be offering the highest level of food and service in addition to developing a cookery school nearby.

Required Experience
As De mi chef you will have worked in a kitchen at the highest level and have a really good understanding of modern British cuisine.
You will have passionate cooking skills, with relevant catering qualifications including food hygiene. You will have a strong individual desire to succeed and the ability to work well within a team.

Salary and Benefits
Up to 18k for the right candidate
