Sous Chef - £19,000
Hotel, Chippenham

My client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is looking to work in a relaxed kitchen environment producing good quality fresh food. As Sous Chef you will be in control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, managing a team of 9, ordering supplies, training the team, kitchen hygiene and being involved in writing menus

Sous Chef Requirements:
*Passion for the industry
*Experience at senior CDP or Junior Sous a minimum
*A good team worker with a good attitude to work
*High hygiene standards
*Willingness to learn
*Strong kitchen skills

The position is in Chippenham centre and does not have live-in accommodation so you must be able to get to the site on a daily basis

The salary starts at £19,000 per annum
The shifts are a mix of straights and splits with 2 days off per week
