Double room with sole use of family bathroom available end of July (possibly sooner if needed). Sharing flat with one female...I am very easy going, have just arrived back from a year of travelling around Australia and would like to live with someone I get along well with. I enjoy cooking and do my share of cleaning etc, like to go out a few weekends a month and stay in with a movie and glass of wine during the week!

The unit is really gorgeous with a lovely open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, very modern. It's a detached coach-house (set above 4 garages) in the lovely Oakhurst area - free parking available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits.
