Food and Beverage Manager - £up to 30000 - Swindon

Job Description
As food and beverage manager you will be entirely responsible for the offering in the bar and restaurant areas, reporting to the General Manager and forming part of the senior management team.

Management duties will include:
- Staff recruitment and ongoing training and development
- Full budgetary control
- Ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Financial and stock control

Required Experience
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Branded food background, ideally within the leisure market
- Experience of managing a department budget
- Experience of managing a large team

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £25000 - 30000. Bonuses can be achieved on a quarterly basis.
