Sous Chef - British Gastro Pub - Wiltshire

My client is looking for a passionate sous chef to join their multi award winning gastro pub. Using the best of British produce. They have their own vegetable garden and are very self sufficient.
They insist on using quality local suppliers.

The job

As sous chef you will work closely alongside the head chef in devising new & exciting dishes and maintaining consistent high standards.

You will be required to deputise in the absence of the Head chef. Therefore leadership and creative skills are essential.

The sous chef will have motivation and a genuine passion for food and quality.

Experience

As sous chef it is desirable that you have had experience of running on occasion a quality dining led operation.

You should be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure.
