You will join the Defined Benefits section of the Pension Team. You will be involved in calculating pension benefits for members of a variety of different pension schemes, and will be communicating all aspects of the schemes to our members. The role is demanding and you will need to be able to prioritise and organise your work effectively. The role reports to the Pensions Team Leader.

You will be a professional, dedicated person who is able to work within a small team successfully. The team is small, so is dependent on each team member delivering what is expected. You will need to be extremely numerate and comfortable with figures as you will be dealing with manual calculations. You will also be expected to be an excellent communicator - both verbally and written. Ideally you will have pensions experience.
