Very “Food orientated” restaurant-pub with rooms in the heart of Somerset. Already popular with the local, this little place has a lot to offer. The food is kept simple in the combination of flavours, with a real interest for fresh local produce.

The role:
I am looking for a passionate chef de partie aiming to develop his skills alongside new head-chef.
The right candidate will be committed to high standards at all level, keen and enthusiastic.
This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in a small, ambitious and friendly brigade.
The position will suit a strong demi chef de partie.

Salary and Benefits:
• from £ 15500 depending on experience.
• Live-in accommodation available.
