Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for a well known company in Swindon.

The Role

The role will support two parts of business involving reporting of costs and budgets. Responsibilities will involve providing analysis and insight to senior management, understanding complex accounting processes. The development of new and improving existing processes to ensure accuracy of forecasting and assisting with the analysis and implementation of new initiatives is key.There will be line management of one member of staff, although the successful candidate may not have managed before. Suitable candidates will be qualified and strong influencers and used to dealing with internal departmental management. Advising on spend and controlling budgets.

Salary & Benefits

£35-45K, car allowance is available, plus bonus, pension and health care
