Ive got a double room that im hoping to rent out starting in June. Its in a three bedroom house 1 min from the town centre and you'd be sharing with one other person ( me ). Its got a brand new kitchen and a bathroom and separate shower room... and cocktail bar. Rent is £300 including bills and broadband.
