Sous-chef - £ 18000 – Warminster – Frome – Live-in available

The Site:
A recently restored 16th century coaching inn situated in a small Wiltshire village, with 10 en-suite bedrooms.

The Position:
We are looking for a strong sous-chef able to lead and run the kitchen smoothly in a busy and friendly atmosphere, and play an important role in a brigade of 4 chefs.
The right candidate will have a strong restaurant background, ideally with Rosette experience. You must be passionate and able to cook and prepare every ingredient from fresh.

Salary and benefits:
* Live in accommodation available on request
*Salary starts at £ 18000 per annum.
